It depends how long your cycles are. But you will be about 4 weeks and 2 days if your cycle is normally 28 days.
I'm counting from the 14th for myself. I'm at 4 weeks 1 day.
Congratulations!

There are two ways to establish how far along you are:
LMP (Last Menstrual Period) which is the easiest, since most women keep track of that, at least mentally.
From conception - for most women, it's quite impossible to determine the exact date of conception if they have a healthy sex life! It could have been any time after your last period. Some people know the exact conception date because they have been separated from their partner and may have only had sex once during her cycle...or, sometimes there is an obvious failure of a birth control method, such as a condom breaking.
Anyway, how far along you are is not an exact science. The best way is to have a sonogram in which your doctor takes measurements of the baby's head and length of its spine. That is the most accurate way of determining length of gestation.

nov 13 minus 30 days = 17 days
dec 13 = 13 days
so 17+13 = 30 days.
You're almost 1 month or 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant.

They count from your last period so you would be 4 weeks along.
If you are pregnant, you would have just tested positive since conception was only 2 weeks ago and it takes 6-12 days for implantation to occur.
Why do you believe you are pregnant?

That's when my last period was also.. I am still waiting to see if my period will come.. and , some doctors go buy implantation day, some go by the first day of your last period,,, which is what doctors here go by, so that means you would be around 6 weeks pregnant. Good luck.

I would say about 4 weeks (Today is the 13th) When you are pregnant they count it from your last missed period not when you concieved. Im 6 weeks and 2 days (from my last period and thats where they get that number from) Otherwise I would just be 4 weeks.

A doctor is the best resource for this information.
It is never too early to start prenatal care.
Taking Care of yourself before and during the preganany is very imprortant.
The doctors can also help you with any other concerns you might have or changes that need to be made in any medicines that you are taking.
