Spiderman all the way. Harry Potter would be out first, then batman and Spiderman would pull out the kryptonite, then spiderman would win because he is the coolest.

i know one thing, Harry Potter would be the fist one gone..... come on, this kid would have no chance against these guys.
barring any use of kryptonite, Superman takes this pretty easily. Batman and Spider-man are both just humans. Take The Man of Steele out of the equation, and i like Batman.....

Spiderman would beat batman into a bloody pulp. I mean, Batman just has lots of money and cool gear, no "real" powers.
Harry would win. A simple "petrificus totalus" would stop the man of steel.

The winner will be the crafty producer who can take this plot and make an entertaining movie. One can imagine the number of alternative endings and special DVD set releases and then the games.
