I am trying to organise a reunion of foreign students who studied with together in Greece over 10 years ago. There was a guy from France called Sebastien Bouscal we were very friendly with but have lost all contact with him in recent years. Not sure if he even still lives in France - last I heard he was living in Toulouse (maybe 6 years ago so he could be anywhere now!). Had anyone any ideas about where to begin tring to trace him?

Try http://copainsdavant.linternaute.com you will have to register, it's free but you need to understand French a little. Good luck.

I did a quick check on the white pages for the regions surrounding Toulouse & Paris and came up empty handed.

You can try posting on the Paris Craigslist in the Missed Connections section (http://paris.craigslist.org/mis/)

Good luck

This is simple.
Go to his house at Toulouse and if somebody lives there ask the residents where did he go or work.
If you knew his parents you can call him.
