Probably has nothing to do with the MSN live. You may have accidently picked up a spyware programs that is causing the popups. Download and run BOTH Spybot Seek&Destroy and Ad-aware SE Personal (free at http://download.com ) Between them they should remove whatever is causing the popups.

Ok, you have to remember that Yahoo! and MSN pop-up blockers don't work that good. Try downloading some other type of pop-up blocker, see how it works.
Good Luck!

Pop-ups that are 'smarter' than your blocker, are how they make money!

Everything in Microsoft is created to get money, by hook, or by crook. Why do you think that Microsoft just had their PROBATION
extended for THREE MORE YEARS!!!???

You are dealing with a multiple convicted PIRATE, FELON who is on probation!!! You WILL get used, abused!!!

Try out the FREE http://pclinuxos.com that boots and runs in CDrom, comes with 1900 programs, games, Office Suites, Browsers (Opera, Firefox, Konqueror), NVU webpage author,
and full pop-up blockers!

Hey, Microsoft runs over 45,000 GNU/Linux computers!!! Hotmail.com, MSN.com, Microsoft.com, all Corporate Routers, firewalls, Redmond systems, Lab 400 development units...
Viruys proof, pop-up/in/under/overs free!!!

Runs upto 50X faster in all benchmark tests!!! And, it doesn't harm the hard drive data, infact, it can read your data off the hard drive!

Don't understand the question because I've been using messenger live since it's beta and have never had any pop ups.

What type of pop ups are you getting?
