how can i help a correspondent to change her working shift to the day shift? i personally think that she is good and should be scheduled in the day shift. i mean, come on, i need some fresher look in the day shift.
i need some good ideas how i can help her.

well, does she want to work the day shift?
There could be reasons for her working the other shift. Have you talked to her about it?
I know it's not a solution but its worth asking.

Go to your boss and ask to get her transferred, list your reasons for wanting her.
