ROFL!!!! I'm not overweight, but even if I was, nobody would have put a gun to my head and told me to eat the food. While the comedians trying to sue them are at it, why don't they sue the automobile industry for inventing the cars that drove them to Mc Donalds. Then sue the gas and oil companies for making the gas that goes into the cars that drove them to McDonald's..and so on and so on. Start taking responsibility for yourselves, kids!!

No. However any judge that would take such a case should be disbarred. Such a case totally rediculous. After all who shoved the person into McDonald's? Who shoved the food down the throat? It's nobody's fault but the one that gained the weight.

No, for two reasons.

1) I am not overweight.

2) McDonald's or any other restaurant cannot and should not be held liable for your poor eating habits.

Why would anyone...they didn't shove the food down the throat. Dummies just eat too much. I always order a happy meal it's plenty food for an adult.

This is as ridiculous as the freaks who sue the tobacco companies for getting lung cancer. Um, hello? I started smoking in 1987, and we knew back then that it would kill you. People just can't stand to take responsibilty for themselves.

Idiotic idea! Who doesn't know that over-eating and fast food will make you fat? People should take responsibility for themselves instead of trying to get rich off their own negligence.

No, I was over weight in the past because I was glutenous. I bought the fast food. It was never forced on me.
