yes i live in a apartment . i have the heat on but theres no heat going through the apartment . there is draft coming through the windows and doors . my husband forget to pay the light bill . i think they may have turned off the heat . i am very cold . i have my winters coat on to stay warm . what should i do should i move out ,find a better place to live . what do you think . thanks .

To get warm I suggest you these tips:
1) Drink warm beverages, tea, coffee, of, even better soup.
2) Papér is a good isolating material. So, take a newspaper and try to put it between your body and your cloth.
3) Ware 2 pair of troussands and 2 pair of socks, gloves, etc.
4) Try to do some gym, jump, etc. Try not to stay quiet, but try to move and as fast as you can
5) If you can (if they dont function with electricity), take a warm shower, turn on the over, etc.
6) Try to put some paper or cotton or similar materials in the windows, so that the cold cant pass.

He paid the Internet bill and not the heat bill? Call your utility company and see if they will hook you up right away. Maybe you should get a job to help make ends meet.

It seems like the easy answer is to pay the bill. Moving won't necessarily help you because if it's the same utility company and you owe them money, they won't provide you service until you pay the back bill.

Honestly, you definatly want to move, find a place wtih heat and lights included.....and probably ask your husband why he didnt pay the light bill....what else is he spending his money on ?

You could put of heavy plastic over your windows to keep out the draft and I agree with the statement that you should slap the crap out of your old man.

The whole story is NOT true. As a matter of fact, you don't have any problem. The problem is that you NEED to Change your ID only. Use some other good, nice, respectful and decent ID ~ all the problems if any will resolve automatically.
