It's a vicious circle with that Nicola, she is constantly hearing people slagging her off for being ugly/moody, so of course that is going to p*ss her off, making her look even more ugly/moody. If she smiled more she'd be much prettier, but probably is too fed up of the criticism to smile!
Nothing to do with her hair colour which is gorgeous. Why to people slate red-heads anyway. I thinks it's lovely!

I think it's horrible to equate someone's beauty to the colour of their hair.
I personally like red hair, and some people have amazing shades of red hair.
Papers say mean things all the time, it's best to make an informed judgement which would not hurt anyone's feelings.

Nope, many stars have red hair and aren't ugly...Nicole Kidman for one. I think Nicola is just not traditionally beautiful.
