What is considered the "TITLE" page on xbox 360 games?

I'm trying to enter cheat codes, but I'm not sure where you are supposed to enter them.

on call of duty it says

call of duty 3
press start
possably it means AFTER thet title where it says stuff like campaign options and other junk like that

Whatever screen has the title of the game and usually a "press start" button.

u no when the title of the game comes up and says "press start" or like start new game or load thats usually the title screen.
