Good question. I think if you live in an apartment building surrounded by other apt's looking in other people's windows can be as entertaining as TV. (Just like in friends) I'm postive the exhibitionists of the world love to prance around just hoping someone is watching. I wouldn't go creeping around neighbourhoods and putting my nose up against any windows though!
