I think it has to be up to her to decide if she is making the right decision and as a friend as hard as it is you will be there to support her, and you never know she might well fall in love with him. But i defo think you should support her as you dont want to lose her as a friend as good friends are difficult to find - all the best

If she does that she is shallow but in the end would she be any worst of than the typical "I am a Stripper so I can pay my way through College" type?
Honestly be the best you can be and do what you feel is right for you, in the end we all must make our own decisions and learn to live with them.
But if you have a truly viable alternative which she has not thought of or had no previous knowledge of then perhaps you can point her in that direction.
But can you really resist having someone buy you Coach Bags, Corvettes, Diamonds, Sapphires, Fly you to Paris every weekend ... you know there are still plenty of people she could hook up with and become a little debutante.

well that is a hard spot, however i think you r right, u should not marry someone b/c he has the green, u should do it b/c u love that person w/ all you heart. but a good friend also supports their friends decision, just tell her that u will find a way to help her w/ the money prblem but its wrong just to marry someone b/c he is rich. plus their marrage would not go far

not all marraiges are made out of love.
sometimes it's made out of convenience... if they give each other what they need, then what's wrong with that? They're happier together than apart, then you shoul be a true friend and support her decesion. You can voice your opinions, but keep in mind, she has a right to her own life an happiness.

I think that if she marries for money she will regret it later. I think you should try to get her to think this through better, but then, whatever she decides, you should accept her decision and support her like a good friend.

Heterosexuals do that all the time. There's nothing unusual about that form of "holy" matrimony, and christians certainly are not trying to make it illegal. She'll probably have a big fancy church wedding too!
Nothing quite like the sanctity of one man, one woman!

This is kind of selfish isn't it? Marriage between a man and woman should be based on love and mutual respect, What does she plan on doing after her schooling?? Dump him?

You already talked to her, right?
You can try again but you'll get disappointed.Your friend has already made her decision. She doesn't love the guy, all she cares about is money and there is nothing you can do about it.
Let her.

It depends on whether the guy loves her or not. I think it's better to marry the person who loves you more than you love the person.

In my country they call it prostitution. Essentially sleeping w/ someone for money. Even if she does it karma will get her in the end anyway. Tell her not to do it.
