A Prizm uses struts all around, not shocks. Depending on brand a strut assmebly goes for around $100 each in the U.S. The ball joints are less but you'll need a ball joint press to get them out if your doing it yourself.

If your going to a shop to have the work done struts typically run 2.5-3.0 hours per axle depending on application, the ball joints probably an hour per side.

I would guess the ball joints around 20 each and struts not shocks are what is used on frontend probably less than 50 each .....rear shocks 50 for a set now all these prices are basic if you get top of the line you will pay a whole lot more
