I just think its gets them cleaner than washing mahines.

Yeah they do. I use hands and I wash my everyday I don't understand people who never wash their undies or who put them in washing machines. It's laziness!

For some reason I actually think that the washing machine might get the clothes cleaner (any clothes, including underwear)...
I'm sure that hand-washing your underwear takes time. If your looking for suggestions on what to do instead...hers one..
Maybe you could try adding a color-safe bleach to your load of clothes....that'll surley get them clean. Baking soda is also a great clenzer ..... and its pretty harmless...they say that you can add baking soda to the load of clothes....

Depends on which pair it is. Some of mine are too delicate to be washed in the machine, so I do wash them out by hand in the sink. It's a great way to embarrass your husband and his friends!!

I used to hand wash them but since I got a new washing machine I just use the handwash cycle on that instead.

Jimmy Saville. He was on tv a while back telling everyone about how he only has ONE pair of underpants and washes them by hand each evening. Then he dries them overnight on a radiator and wears them again. I can no longer look at him the same way anymore - I keep thinking about those ghastly underpants!

No I dont have any lol jk . But no I wash mine in the washing machine . why ? Hum I guess beacuse thats the easiest way and mine are not that dirty to where i have to say i wonder if the washing machine will clean these as good as me!

Nope - I wash them in with everything else - they don't go in the tumble dryer however. Life is far too short to wash the entire family's underwear by hand.

I always do. It gets those delicate's way cleaner. Then i air dry them. It keeps the elastic from eroding.
