No you can't they are two diferent types and physical sizes.

PC133 has 144 pins and DDR memory has 200 pins

If you have checked the pin number is the same or in other words the ram is identical in slot size to existing, then yes it will work. However, you will not get the full benefit of the new ram speed as this will be limited to your motherboard and CPU.

Yes you can. But the speed for the RAM will remain to 133mhz. But higher speed RAMs are cheaper. ;)
