i am thinking aboutmoving to penn and i want to know what the weather is like so i can make my decision and i dont know if i should stay where i am now the school is great here and all but i just dont know weather i should go

I grew up just south of Erie in Crawford County. Erie is really beautiful with Presque Isle, the Brig Niagra, etc. The weather is rough in the winter, but it's actually a little rougher just south of Erie (like around Edinboro). I moved away after college and then moved back. I live closer to Pittsburgh now and I love Western Pennsylvania!

I'm from northeastern OH. Very near Erie. The winter can be hellacious due the Great Lakes. Erie is actually worse than where I'm from. Other than weather, I really don't know.

great if you like snow in winter. they get great lake effect from October to April. Then in summer you have lake activities, swim ski etc.
