As of to date, are there any positive feedbacks on the above, The pricing is sorely tempting me to change suppliers. I`m with BT, I have read several negative comments on Google about them but these are now about 6 mnths old. Thanx

Why are so many people slagging of Talk Talk? It all depends on the area you are living in. I am with Talk Talk, they provide my landline and broadbrand. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM, i have never needed to ring their customer service, everythings been working fine since day 1!! It depends on how far the main exchange line is from your house. I live close to the exchange line so i have never had a problem, always strong internet connection and perfect telephone quality.
Fine, a few friends i know have had one or two problems, but after a phone call to their customer service the problems were solved within 1 week, usualy solved within the day with a call back from their team a week later just to make sure everything is fine!!

We are with talk talk.
Keep away from them.
We have had more trouble with them than what they are worth. They say they will call you back and never ever do.
Service is crap.
If they say something, they should mean it. It is not as if they don't have our contact numbers!
Even though you may pay a small bit extra with BT or Eircom, stay with them as they have priority on the phone lines... Better service anyway. Neh to Talk Talk.
Just because the sponsor BB, they are still crap.

Heard nothing but bad reports about Talk Talk. My friend uses it and she's swapping to BT.

a friend of mine changed switched from talk talk last week. he got fed up of talking to customer services (all having different opinions about his situation) ... and once was on hold for 2 hours and 15 mins before he got served.

therefore i would advise you not to go with talk talk yet ... still time for them to get sorted.
