it is a scam they probable said that they will deduct 10% of your winnings . well if i was going to get 10% of a million euros i would come to you in person at my expense to make sure I would get my 10 % . they just want your bank details and your information so that they can be you for a short time so they can con a bank out of money and then leave you with the problem of being black listed and and proving to the bank that it was not you. so if you think you are lucky enough to have won a lottery that you have not even entered the more fool you if you give your details

It's a scam.

I'd be willing to bet that the rest of the e-mail asks you at some point for your bank account number. so they can "transfer the funds".

Delete it and DON'T REPLY.

Replying to this sort of scam mail just proves that your e-mail adress is live and you won't see the end of scams and spams...

It's a complete joke. Some people manage scamming like this by insisting that you have to transfer a little money to them to confirm your bank account or otherwise, but when they get your details, they "rape" your account and leave you penniless.

Get shot, and also ignore any emails about diamond mines, dead fathers and suchlike.

Ho hum! Another one of the "lucky" ones to win some fabulous sum of money. There is no such thing as the Yahoo/MSN, Microsoft, Windows, AOL, or "whatever" lottery. This scam has been going on for years. Anyone who opens and reads this junk just adds to their spam load. Put this in spam where it belongs.

Hmmm, lets see. I want to give you lots of money for a lottery that you didn't enter. All I want is your name and bank details. By the way, don't tell anybody, especially the Police.

Scam. Forward to police.
