If you were the customer, would you rather have crap today or quality tomorrow?

My job is quality all the way. If I do not produce quality, I cannot keep my job. Medical Transcription. Quantity is the next important part of my job, but there have been times when I produce very little & I get absolutely no flack. Safety..... there is a certain amount in my job pertaining to HIPAA regulations.

As a customer I definitely want quality. I don't want crap, who does?

i work in hr consulting so i will have to say quantity is very foremost in all we do like presentations,quality of staff to be recruited and general work done.
safety does not apply to me as we are in a full office environment and do take the necessary precautions in terms of electric gadgetds and other things.
as a customer i would expect quality and quantity to come hand in hand or as closely as possible.
