Two days ago, a man who worked in my office for 20 years died of cancer. He went from diagnosis to death in less than a month.
To be completely honest, I didn't like the guy, and neither did most other people. I'm not saying I wished death on him; I'm saying his personality made it easy to dislike him. He was rude, abrasive, uncouth, and an all around Ay-hole.
Today, they are asking for donations for his family. This is not a man I would have helped while he was alive, so my question is, what should I do?

Hi...plz do help them
if you are wondering why am I asking you to do so, it is because I do not want you to ever (even remotely) feel guilty ever towards this guy....
I had a fight with our neighbors' son...on the account that his mom bursted into our house, yelled at my mom and grand mom, because my brother hit her other son while they were playing a game of soccer...long story ha?
well, we used to curse at each other everyday... when we were in each others cars getting ready to leave...
then he went on to further studies in UK....where he died due to meningitis...
when I heard that guilt just ate me up alive....I think I sopped for a whole week... and I do not like the guy...never did...never will
but to this day...I wish I apologized and got it over with...even if he was an asshole...I do not want to be one ... you know??
so plz do...close this chapter of your life and move on...and think of ... good karma comes back all the time! God will help you out when you need it the most...

Forgive the man. There is no sense in beating a dead horse. His family is in a time of need, and it would be a good gesture on your part to donate to them. Do not punish the family for the shirt comings of the deceased. Forgive and forget. You will find peace within yourself and God will look upon you with favor.

an excellent type of those killing, the position will it supply up? in the journey that your brother shoot some body's cat, would the owner of the cat get mad and shoot him? would not that reason some intense concern for your kin and then you Dad would pull out his gun and shoot the neighbor? so a ways as his activity is issue, your brother ought to understand more desirable ideal to keep an in intensity eye on his birds in any respect time. There are wild cats everywhere. searching after pets are like searching after children. you only won't be able to leave them on my own for a million minute or some catastrophe ought to ensue. so a ways as cats are worried, it really is their intuition to target to seize different smaller unusual animals. they do no longer understand the international like we human do and performance no appreciate of persons's property. will be you ought to keep a canines to secure look after the birds and keep the cats away. Precaution is a more desirable ideal way than violence. I completely do not ignore that your brother is pissed and grieving over the inability of life of his poultry. although, killing some body's cat would not deliver back his poultry. this is not the reply. you fairly want to calm him down first and then communicate some reason into him.

Helping out a family in need has nothing to do with whether you like them or not, and anyway, your not helping him, he's not here anymore, your helping his family.

Hey -his family might have not liked him either - but they probably could use the money.
It is a gift to the family. I would give something if I were you.
