i think every day is a holiday as i don't think i've ever seen one hold down a job in all my life the lazy sods.

Yes right i can see a snail sunbathing on a Leaf or Accidentally Drowning in A Pool...Even worse are the Rambling Snails as they Go on an Adventure To No-where...

my two giant african land snails are having a whale of a time over some brocolli hills at the moment. it wont be long before they reach cucumber valley. hopefully they will have travelled to the grape vines by christmas.

of course they do. Why else would they carry their own little caravan on their backs?
I think they have a couple of weeks in my lettuce patch once a year. If they have to go far, they always stop at a shell garage.

They don't live very long. Every day they don't get stepped on is a holiday.:)

I don't know about holidays per se but I know for sure they go to lots of picnics - especially in my garden

Yes they usually go to Slo-venia or O-slo.
When they go by plane they don't get a seat - they fly escargot
