Well ... fear certainly is an adequate protection mechanism. However, if you evaluate your fears you may find that some of the things you are afraid of present no threat.
However, being afraid of something is not a crime nor does it impinge on the rights of others and you can pretty much expect to be allowed your fears regardless of how others perceive them.
I was afraid of the dark when I was younger. Now it's okay with me. I just grope around trying to find my way and avoid stubbing my toes.
Clowns, spoons, sheep, ping pong balls, door mats, colored paper, chickens, spam, grass, and trees likewise present no threat.
Open tin cans and snakes have a possibility for threat but it is unlikely.
Phobias are the an uncontrollable, irrational, and persistent fear of a specific object, situation, or activity.
You exhibit phobias and the state of being is said to be "neurotic" -- a "neurosis" being described in the literature as a psychological disorder or dysfunction resulting from an imbalance of the forces of the id, ego, and superego.
However, it is said that all people exhibit some type of neurotic behavior and "being neurotic" is quite commonplace in this 21st century schizoid world; and indeed some of the worlds greatest minds exhibit frank neurotic behaviors.
The id, ego, and super-ego are the divisions of the psyche according to psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud's "structural theory". Freud introduced new terms to describe the division between the conscious and unconscious: 'id,' 'ego,' and 'super-ego.'
The “id” (fully unconscious) contains the drives and those things repressed by consciousness; the “ego” (mostly conscious) deals with external reality; and the “super ego” (partly conscious) is the conscience or the internal moral judge.
If neurotic dysfunction becomes so severe that the individual becomes self-destructive or dangerously violent towards others, the psychological disease becomes a psychosis.
There is a BIG difference between the definitions of "neurotic" and "psychotic".
Bottom line: as long as you don't get self-destructive or behave violently or dangerously towards others the fact that you are afraid of something is a non-issue.

If you are serious and you are not making this up (which I am tempted to think that you are...) you should see a qualified Reiki Practitioner or a spiritual healer.... It seems to me that you saw a lot of scary films at a tender age and created phobias out of completely normal things... The only things that could be considered OK to be scared of are snakes and the dark....!
(In general, fear is generally to be dealt with and avoided as it confuses the mind and makes us take the wrong decisions.)
If your question is true, you need immediate help...

im scared of having round things thrown at me -such as sport's ball's even like you- a ping pong ball.
so you have my sympathy with that .
but how can someone be scared of grass ?
maybe you should see a hypnotist or get some therapy as some of your fears probably mar your life in some way.

I was at the food store about 3 months ago and I was standing at the deli by myself getting cheese and stuff. So these two old men with thick glasses walk up and the one stares at me, so I said hi. Then as I was waiting, he looked back at me and stared at me. He did that on and off about 5 times and when my mom came up with me, he did it again, so I left from feeling uncomfortable and I noticed him staring at me until I was gone. Another story was about 2 months ago, I was riding my bike down a street and there was a trailer park to my left. As I was riding, I noticed an old man sitting in a chair with a camera. All of the sudden, he flashed the camera and took my picture while I was riding my bike.

Admitting what you are afraid of is a start.
If it upsets you a great deal speak to a doctor who would be able to put you in touch with specialist if he/she couldn't deal with it.
