AC Milan have told Real Madrid they can sign Kaka for £40 million at the end of this season.
AS says Real asked Milan to name their price for the Brazilian and at £40 million the Spanish giants, backed by the club's new television contract, are ready to splash out for the midfielder in the summer. Milan intend to use the money raised to move for Barcelona superstar Ronaldinho.

If Milan fail to qualify for the Champions League, Kaka will seek a move to Madrid, where Real have a seven-year package worth £4 million-a-season waiting for him.

mmm... that website is not really reliable. Not everything there is true and not everything is fake.

I think it's just a rumor, seeing how kaka's been responding in the last few press releases. Bu real seems so desperate maybe they'll get him if they keep on pushing. XP

I remember earlier this year i found a news on tribalfootball.com that says Chelsea was going to buy real Madrid's Raul for 20 or 30 mil =P obviously it wasn't true..

You are right. There are some reasons that makes Kaka leave Milan: 1. The big problem is with AC Milan's budget and Galliani himself have sayed that we should sell Kaka or pirlo, but no clubs have given Milan a big offer for Pirlo, but Chelsea have done it for Kaka. (They have offered Kaka about 100,000,000 Euros.) Or they can exchege him with Drogba which Milan is wanted to buy and get a lot of money instead. 2. Kaka will brek the record of a price for a player and will become the most expensive player of the world. (He had recieved an offer more even more than the one for Cristiano Ronaldo which was made by Real Madrid.) 3. Lampard is about to leave Chelsea and join Inter. So if he goes Kaka can be in the main squad and play beside many other good stars and his co-nation coach of Chelsea, Escolari. 4. Milan have lost the EUFA Champions Leage for the next season. If Kaka stay there, he will lose it, too. 5. If Kaka goes, Ronaldinho will replace him. Ronaldinho himself had said that he want to play for AC Milan. And if Milan sell Kaka, they will get Ronaldinho easily by the half price of Kaka.
