Yes you will, the paper and the photo go hand in hand. When you lose part of it, you basically lose everything. So in other words you will have to pay for another one.

Sorry but Yes you will. My boyfriend had the paper part of his stolen (he was stupid enough to leave it in his car and his car got broken into) and even though he had the photo card part, he had to get a new license, including a new photo card and had to pay for the privilage. He paid about £40.

When I read that I thought you'd had it taken by the DVLA for being naughty.

It's £19 for a new one and the appications forms can be picked up at the post office
