In general, putting on weight and increase in the abdominal girth
occurs at age of the menopause is common. But this is not directly related to menopause. At this age the person is not very active physically so the extra fat accumulates in the waist. Another factor is cessation of periods which reslults in the stoppage of blood loss whatever occurs during the menstruation. Putting on weight at this age is not special to women;it also occurs in men of same age. Physical inactivity and improper attention to the diet are main factors. Get checked your blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure.Take controlled diet, go the Gym and do the exrecises, walk regularly and keep yourself physically and mentally active. you will achieve your goal. Unnatural and expensive methods like tummy tuck are neither safe nor advisable.

The tummy tuck is ideal for removing excess skin fat, and flaccidity in the abdomen area. In the states it can cost about 8000, but abroad you can get it for 1/3 the price. Check out http://www.surgeryabroadguide.com for more info if you're interested.
