Just got DSL, plugged into the new MAC it is slow as anything.
Plugged it into my old HP Pavillion and it zips along. We got the Mac cos the PCs mother board is on the way out. What a bummer!!

Could be a configuration issue.

Because its a Mac and not a PC. Why would you buy a computer that has less than a 8% market share? Doubt you will get too much help since not many people use those things.

should be the differing operating systems your old h p should have been running on windows and your MAC not. reply with more info
