any good true ghost stories?

i am really into the supernatural and things without any explaination...so if anyone has any good ghost stories let me know!

If you are ever in Sunnyvale California (near San Jose), look for a Toys R Us store on Matilda ave. It is haunted, I know because I worked there for almost 5 years.

Things would fly off the shelves. The water in the bathroom would turn its self on. Female employees would report some one touching them on the shoulders and back inside an office that could only hold one person at a time.

I was cleaning up one day at the end of a Christmas shopping day, I had an empty shopping cart next to me, I went to a vending machine for a Pepsi and when I looked at the cart it began to roll away, it then did a 90 degree turn to the left, not a gradual turn mind you, a sharp turn, and rolled away from me. I was alone at the front and no one had touched the cart.

The story was featured on unsolved mysteries and Real people (you may be too young to remember that show) both times a friend of mine named Putt-Putt was interviewed, she had been at the store for 25 years (as of 2001) and had seen tons of weird stuff happen.

By the way if you go to the store, his name is Johny and he prefers to play with girls hair. oh and don't provoke him, he prefers if you talk to him politely lol.

One day I woke up about 8:30 in the morning and when I looked to my right I saw a woman dressed in a very normal looking gold dress standing over me. I tried to wave my arm through the woman but she moved back. I then jumped out of my bed and with outstretched arms I went for the spirit. Our eyes were locked on each other as we walked across the room. When I had backed her up to the room corner, she dissapeared in kind of a patchy sort of way. Keep in mind here a few things. One is that the room was lit with sunlight and it wasn't dark. Second, I jumped out of bed in a state of shock and just sort of went for the ghost,and I wish I hadn't done that. And finally I had no change of conciousness after and during the time I saw this aparation. I could tell when we were looking into each others eyes she was alive with a concious. She was about in her mid fifties with goldish yellow hair that looked like she just got out of a beauty salon because her hair was permed.You know what once you have seen something like this you know one thing,,,life exists outside the physical body.

This was beyond weird. When i was 5, I was watching TV. I was laying on my stomach facing the TV. I happened to turn to my right and see a lady in a rocker. It was her own rocker, not our furniture - she was all white, the chair white everything white.

When I was 18, I went to visit my dad who lived in another state, (the hair on my arms is standing up right now). Topic of ghost stories came up. I told the story of my white lady.

My dad gets up, get a photo album and says, is that her. He showed me a picture of the woman.

I said how do you know that? He said he was there that day and he saw her too. It was my great - great grandmama. She is my guardian angel.

Yeah. One time I was staying at my grandparents place and they lived opposite a cemetary.
That night there was like this cult in the cemetary all with hoods and flaming sticks and **** like that and my grandparents told me to stay inside.

Later that night I woke up because I hear the door to my room open, so i looked up and i saw this guy standing there staring at me, I thought it was my grandad at first but when i looked closer his face was all rotten, so i hid under the covers until i fell asleep. When I woke up my grandparents said nobody went near my room all night.

Another time was in my new house, when i first moved in i used to wonder around at night, one night i could hear all these noises and it felt like something was following me around the house, the hair on the back of my neck was standing up and everything. I kept turning around to see if anything was following me but there wasn't until about the fifth time i turned and there was a woman standing right behind me, someone i had never seen before, i woke up the next morning in my bed, even though my bear was downstairs on the floor where i saw the woman before i blacked out.
