If you don't work then go to your local Learn Direct Centre and sign up for any computer course you want to do (Its free) and you can learn from home online. You will just go to the centre when you do your exams and at the end you'll have a certificate and qualification!

Define "best".

To learn about something online you don't necessarily need to take a course. Go to a common search engine such as Google and type in what you want to learn about today. It will give you thousands of websites to look at - read them and learn!
