display fish tanks at Petsmart and Petco?

I love some of the mulit tank set ups these pets stores use as displays for plants and fish but they won't sell anything like them, They are very unique and I'd like toknow where I can buy ones like them. My favorite ones are 3-4 tanks that cascade into one another in a open hooded water fall style, like those battery operated water fountians you can by at a variety store. If anyome knows where I can buy ones like that pleae let me know, thanks

These setups are usually made custom for the pet stores. They aren't available to consumers. Ask the manager if he knows what company build them, and whether he would kindly provide you with their phone number. It would be an expensive endeavour but it can certainly be done.

Another option would be to keep your eyes open for fish stores going out of business or moving locations. It happens regularly with small fishstores who find it difficult to stay afloat (har har...) and it's a great source for fish walls.

Lastly, you can ask around fish forums like http://www.fishforums.com and see if anyone in your areas could or knows of someone who could build these tanks for you.

Have you inquired in the store with the associates or the manager and asked them about buying the tanks and set up you like or where they purchase thier set ups from. Plus I would think you could do a search on Internet and find something. Sounds like its probably going to be an expensive set up, but if that's what you like and want , you should get it.
