Since I have a burner, how would I record tv programs with my burner?

buy a TV tuner card and then connect your cable to the system.
then u will have options for recording the TV programs on the System.
later you can edit and record them onto a CD

You also need a way to _input_ the tv programme so that you can output it with your burner. This would mean getting a TV card.
