don't listen to compas 98. there are download softwares like emule 0.47c, limewire etc. which can get u the specified software for free. the best, i think, is emule 0.47c. u can get it at

Encarta is not a free program. Wikipedia is a free web site that many would say is FAR better than encarta - I suggest you use that.

Make sure you can protect yourself before you start doing torrent, p2p or the rest. Lots of Trojan and bad stuff lurking there. With that said, the easiest way is download bittorrent client and start searching for [what you want] .torrent on google. It's free but you have to upload what you download to others while you download, it makes you visible and liable to prosecution if the owner of the copyright decide to go after you.
The best way is to use usenet but it will cost you.
