Having trouble getting the shape to come out to exact pattern. Rolling is not a problem...just the shaping especially the Eccentric Fan. I have a few books but doesn't explain it very well.

There are a bunch of articles with pictures on the HGTV website. Go there and put in quilling as a search term. Don't blame me if you get lost there. LOL
