I'd grab my purse, take out the important stuff and throw the purse back at them, all the while getting a good description of the creep for the police.

I would definitely do my best to beat them down .. and when I was satisfied that they couldn't move and that they should have thought twice about trying to snatch my purse .. then I would call the cops.

What would I do if I caught up with them.....faint .........as I am not fit enough to catch a cold. But......if I caught up with him/her at another location (recognised them) I would offer my empathy at "their" loss you see I only carry loose change in my hand bag My "folders" are kept way out of sight.

after i gave them 2 new colors of eyes, I would call the police and ask them what they thought they were doing. If they needed money and asked, if i had some i would give it to them.

If they snatched a handbag from me, it wouldn't be mine! But if it was and i caught up to him-I'd land him up in ICU!!

I'd be like: "Holy smokes! What was I thinking caring around a handbag?!?!?" Then I'd thank the robber for alerting me to my fashion crime.
