Well if you listen to the women I work with it's me! But my opinion would be Maybe Pol Pat from Cambodia who killed 3-4 million Cambodians in the late 70's.Edi Amin from Uganda was a pretty nasty guy, he's alive and well in Saudi Arabia.But I would think this question goes out to someone who is responsible for millions of deaths.

humorous ingredient about Hitler, he became fairly an artist. although once he utilized for paintings college, he became rejected. Years later he misplaced it and grew to grow to be the international's maximum notorious dictator. So this is kinda like the Dean at that paintings college became the reason behind WW2
