Well if you listen to the women I work with it's me! But my opinion would be Maybe Pol Pat from Cambodia who killed 3-4 million Cambodians in the late 70's.Edi Amin from Uganda was a pretty nasty guy, he's alive and well in Saudi Arabia.But I would think this question goes out to someone who is responsible for millions of deaths.
