If you are looking for the BBC comedy, than you do indeed want "The Royle Family", not the series "Meet the Royals" devoted to England's royal family.
Now that you have the correct spelling, you'll easily find the discs, as evidenced by the leads you've already received from other participants. A note of caution, however: if you live in North America (Canada or the U.S.), any DVD your order from the U.K. may not be compatible with your DVD player. Make sure the DVDs you buy are encoded for Region 1. Conversely, if you live in Europe, you should purchase DVDs that are encoded for Region 2.
