Go talk to a personal trainer and a nutritionist. If u wanna stay cheap read some books from Borders or Barnes and Noble. Take control of your eating! Will over food! Also do u wanna loose fat or muscle? Muscle weighs more than fat! If u wanna loose fat...so fast...well u can do it...but its gonna require starvation i think...you cannot expect to keep off this weight. It requires a life style change as you might have heard. A quick fix i no fix at all. Only in America! LOL...but anyway...run a lot, drink water, rest, cut on calories...but take it easy becasue your body will go into shock mode...it can be done..but i doubt it's a matter of life and death...so I'd take it easy...first and steady!

It's impossible to lose 20 kg in 2 months. However, you can reduce your weight slowly by eating healthy diet. Learn more about it by viewing the food pyramid. If you have some extra money, maybe you could apply for a sliming treatment at any slimming center. But I don't think you'll able to lose 20kg in just a short period of time. Give yourself a break, it can be dangerous to lose that much weight in a short period.

Controlled fasting is probably easiest. But check it out with a doctor. Holy fasting is safest, like no food 2 days each week.
