How do I find real estate agents that really want to work in the south Florida area ?

I've been asked to assist in finding one's with great attitudes. This new location is in Pompano Beach, FL. I find it absolutely amazing that most of them are " slackers " and don't give a hoot.
Where do I look for the agressive one's - this office needs help & fast ! The tourist season is NOW and there isn't enough good agents that can fill the void. Where do I look besides those real estate schools ? This company pays very well and offers big bonuses and retirement !

Have you tried posting your advertisements on craigslist, jobs in newspapers, etc?
