Yay! It's just me, my chap and two boys this year too and I can't wait! It's our first Christmas at home on our own, up til now we've gone alternately to my Ma and his but I just couldn't face the idea of another Christmas day with the Monster-in-law and I got my way! The only trouble is I've just realised I've got to cook! Hey-ho, pop open the champagne and I'm good to go! Merry Christmas!

I live on my own and every year I get invited out for Xmas lunch,
thing is I live in a rural location and it is a round trip of nearly 4 hours driving so I prefer to spend Christmas day in my Jim Jams watching the telly and pigging it out.

It will just be me, wife, son and mother-in-law this year. I still look forward to it. For various reasons, I was almost 40 before I spent Christmas in my own home.
