Are some people really only alive because it's against the law to kill them?

C'mon, how many people would you shoot dead right now if murder was made legal for an hour... Anyone?

There are some people the world would be better off without but the people who would get killed might want a say in it.

I think most people would lock themselves in a closet for that hour. During that hour though I might be willing to kill the people who are going around killing people.
