Hi i am having problems with ebay and getting FVF refunded and i am out of pocket big time. They have sent me an invoice for over £100 I am not going to pay for items that i did not sell. They say that they have been refunded and somehow been reversed? ( so not credited)All of they buyers have confirmed that the transactions did not take place. These amounts still show on my invoice and they have said that they can't refund these items. I am now stuck as to what to do.

How do i cancel my Ebay membership?

eBay say: We ask you to wait up to 180 days since the last time you placed a bid or listed an item before we close your account permanently. Closing your account means deleting your account information, including your transaction and feedback history. We delay closing your account permanently in case of problems with items you've bought or sold.

So you have to email them via the online form on the eBay website and then wait the 180 days.

If all those transactions have not taken place or have been reversed you will get it credited, it might take some time as when I got a final value fee credited it came up the next day.

I'm afraid that you will have to pay up I mean you go to a car boot sale and pay £10 for a pitch irrespective of whether you make any sales or not. The same applies to opening a shop the overheads (rent, electricity, water) all still have to be paid even if none of the stock sells. That's life. You obviously tried very hard to sell your stuff I know it's dishearting but learn from this all business is a risk.
Hope you get this resolved amicably.

You still have to pay for your listing fees. Final value fees is just the additional fee they charge you after an item sells. you get that back if the sale doesnt go through. However the initial fee you paid, is still valid.

if you dont pay, they will put it on your credit, call you 24/7 and basically ruin your credit, they will also suspend your account and anyone in the same house.
