When you open the mail you will options like delete next etc there you will see a button called SPAM click that and the mail will be deleted and senders mail address will be added to the Blocked ID's list so next time you wont receive mails from that ID's which were blocked.

You can't stop the spammers. Just delete the offending e-mails. If your inbox is saturated and your ISP doesn't offer spam filtering, you'll have to get a new e-mail address. The only way to stay relatively spam-free is to NEVER post your e-mail address in any public forum or website.
