In the late 90's I went to California (Carmel) to be precise and went to the Hogg's Breath Inn hoping to see Clint Eastwood, but sadly the restaurant was no longer owned by him. Then after a lot of digging found he owned a ranch called Mission Ranch in Carmel and it was open to visitors. So, being on my honeymoon, went to the ranch, booked into Honeymoon Cottage, wandered over to the restaurant not daring to go in incase Clint was there and then lo and behold - he pulled up in his red truck, got out, and walked into the restaurant/bar with a friend. I got a sideways glance, my heart melted - i had met the most talented wonderful actor (in my opinion) in the world. Ahhhh still makes me sigh! :-)

I would love to sit down and talk to either Robin Williams (who I have met), Paul Newman, or John Lennon. I chose Robin Williams because I truly appreciate the fact that he in a nice guy, he (and this is one of the reasons to talk to Paul Newman as well) supports many charities. I met him this year at the San Diego Challenged Athletes Foundation Triathlon, he was so amazing with all of the athletes, challenged and otherwise, and was fantastic with all of the kids. Robin Williams is an amazing actor and is so brimming with energy that I could sit in front of him and say "talk" and he'd entertain me for hours. I would love to talk to Paul Newman because of his extensive film career, where he chose amazing films to act in and was amazing in them, and because of his 48-year (supposedly and hopefully faithful) marriage to Joanne Woodward. He is an amazingly generous man, all of the proceeds of his "Newman's Own" products go to charity, all of these qualities are to be admired in a single person. If I could go back in time, I would love to talk to John Lennon, he was such an interesting person with so much inside him, he literally had so many ideas and I would love to pick his brain (and to have him sing to me). I couldn't pick just one person, so there you go, I hope it's alright! :) Who would you like to meet?
