Comment: The other two dimentions must be reduced same ratio that the height.

This is not an easy question because there are a myriad of factors which need to be considered. If people were that small it would be harder for them to produce food, fewer animals would be practical for domesticaltion, and the population might
explode as well.
If you just want to know how much less a person with the smaller dimensions would eat, well, he would be about 1/8 the
mass. An average person would be about 20 lbs. I guess he would eat about as much as a two year old , so maybe 1/3 of what an adult eats now.

I like the idea but its not possible and acceptable in real world! Besides we (mostly Americans) waste more food than eat! ... Do u have any idea how much food we throw in garbage in house, restaurant, and grocery stores?

There would still be the same amount of food. However people may eat less of it.
