Any ideas about the value. It comes with both cover and records in mint condition.

It really isn't worth very much at all. It was a reviled record in it's day. All Dylan live records were. They were just filler until the Bootleg Series came along with Dylan 66 live Dylan 64 live and the 1975 Rolling Revue which were all excellent. There will be no repackage soon for the awful sounding and awful cover of Budokan.
