yes everything in the universe is made of atoms. Its just that cells are a lot bigger than atoms.

e.g. a carbohydrate is made up of Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen (thats why its called carbohydrate) .

hope that helps.

There is no confusion between theories of biology and physics or chemistry. Each of them deal with some units. We use 1 dollar a unit in our day-to-day light. But 1 cent is also a unit. Just depends what unit you are comfortable with. When you count 1 million dollar, you can't expect to have this huge amount of money in 1 dollar note, rather you would prefer 1000 dollar note. Just like that biologists deal the functions with cell because a cell reflects all the essential theories and have all the tiny particles that are necessary for a living substance. But microscopically, these tiny particles are made of various organic materials in which C, H, 0, N etc play important role. C, O, H etc are nothing but atom. So, the difference is only using the unit...

Yes. Everything is made up of atoms. As we (humans) are carbon based we are made mainly of carbon, C- 12 and C-14 atoms. As we grow we continue to use atoms to make new cells and this is why we need food.

The fact that we are made up of atoms is what enables us to date human remains using carbon dating as we can look at the ratio of C-12 to C-14 and use this to estimate how long the person has been dead for.

Human Cells are made up by God , otherwise how can life and energy can be created out of nothing. Why should the Cells accept air and give energy. Because God created so that everything is interdependent and interlinked. What we discovered later , whether what is thier in atoms, molecules etc, is lateral. So i feel Human cells are made up of Life given by God which is nothing but called LOVE

Yes, all these things are made out of atoms. Even though a cell may be made up out of smaller parts, those smaller parts are made out of atoms in turn.

Everything is made up of atoms. The only things smaller than atoms are the things that make them up - electrons, neutrons, and protons.

Yes. All solids, liquids, and gases are made up of atoms. Atoms are many orders of magnitude smaller than cells so cells are composed of many many atoms.

Yup, freaky aint it? Like, just don't think about it as you kiss your boyfriend and just feel the delight.

Hey, I'll tell you even better- and this screws up Einstein's theory- but each atom is made up of string materal [string theory]. Haha, have we fathomed the universe yet?,,,,,,,
