try ebay. or they have them at costco for $165.

the problem with that is that most games cost 20-30 dollars, and a DS Lite costs 130. so technically, you are offering to pay an amount less for an item than a potential seller can get

my advice to you is to check some department stores - surprisingly, not many people seem to know that stores like sears, boscovs, and macy's actually do sell these systems
