Its such a load of shite - i just played too and got the same emails apparently informing me that i was a "pending winner" and needed to confirm my details and pay a subscription fee per month by credit card in order to have my cheque for $1.000.000 sent to me. Basically Freelotto is technically free to play - you just log on daily and click on "play now" - the email you were sent is worded in a tricky way in order that you will part with extra cash for the F.A.S.T. service. You are a "pending winner" which only means you have the POTENTIAL to win. Dont worry, you probably havent acutally won anything but log on to freelotto and go to check results then enter the date you played. The numbers you played will be displayed at the bottom of the panel along with how many of your numbers match the winning ones. The TSN can also be found here and is included in your confirmation emails when you play the freebet on a daily basis. If you have indeed won, follow the instructions in the "how to claim" section of your confirmation email.
