I do not really do the whole make-up every day thing. I do however put on whe I go out. I always receive compliments when I do makeup. Is it okay not to do it? And save the "good looks" for special occasions.

i always prefer a natural!! it's also better because if u wear makeup every single day, the day that u try to look really pretty its going to be harder to look extra pretty because everybody's used to seeing u w/ makeup, and if u dont wear it everyday and not alot, the day you do wear makeup, everybody''s gonna be like "WOW"!!

I feel it is best not to do an entire made-up face every day. All the foundations and stuff fill up the pores and and make them bigger. Those who do wear a complete face makeup mask every day have pasty-looking skin when they are not wearing anything. I think it may be because the skin can't breath under all those layers.
Just do some quick basics like a soft eyeliner to make your eyes stand out, a few swipes of mascara, and make sure your eyebrows are shaped correctly. You may need to use brow powder. Also, you can dab on some blush without going through the foundation and powder routine.

I haven't been wearing any the past month or two and my skin is actually looking better. When I put makeup on now, I look a little weird and overdone. I kinda like it right now since I'd been wearing tons of makeup for years and this is new to me. It's fun to run around without it. The funniest part is that no one is even noticing or seems to care.

yes why not.see this is also like any other fashion accessory.everyone wants to loOK great but you should lead a life of your choice.its ok to put on makeup once or twice a week or depending on your mood and clothes rest the actual heavy make up or may be dark colours can be left for special occasions,that way people will also take notice of you.

It is WAY better to not wear makeup on a regular basis. Indeed, you should only wear it on special occasions. I wear makeup everyday and I HAVE to wear it everyday because I'm use to it. If I don't wear makeup, people won't recognize me and that sucks! SO, don't wear makeup or you'll end up like the rest of us; insecure, without makeup.

Of course! Who says you gotta wear makeup? Especially is you have nice skin I would just keep it natural and just wear sunblock. Or if you prefer you could wear "just a little" makeup. Simply conceal any blemishes, maybe some natural looking mascara, lip gloss and go!

i really don't understand why makeup was invented though i like putting makeup but why do we have to hide natural beauty & makeup has a lot of harmful material that goes into our skin and blocks the pores which can be harmfull to the skin

If you are happy not wearing make up all the time then carry on doing so, I rarely wear make up either. Be confidant in your own looks and personality. By doing that, you are showing the world yourself and not a cover up version.

look..make up is not good for the face..it destroys it...but...if you are full of spots and you look ugly and wanna look nicer, then you will have to do make up...I do make up everyday at school because i have many spots in my chin (lol) but i dont use anything else lige eye liner etc...So, if i go out and put eye liner et.c my feace looks different...it still makes the difference!! Dont worry about doing JUST make up...if you had a clear face and didnt do make up?? it would be still the same thing....Be creful though because i dont think you wanna destroy your face...Oh...i use a new one from l'oreal..its called ''young'' and it has water..much water....you can try all brands....there are many ''good quality'' make ups..

it really is your decision , unless you have to wear makeup to work , or because it's what makes you comfortable , or for looking good for your spouse , i don't think you should feel obligated to do so.
you can always wear mascara/ eyeliner/ lipgloss and tinted moisturizer or sunscreen and look more natural, esp if the liner is not so obvious and the lipgloss is in a neutral/ nude shade or just use sunscreen which is a must, not makeup.
