you probably need to get that looked at by a transmission expert. it will probably need to be replaced.

Tranny is going out of it... usually a pump going bad. Chances are it will last maybe a month and forward gears will go out to. If you are going to have it rebuilt, best to do it ASAP instead of letting more damage develop. Could save you some $$$$

It means the car's fcuked up. If it drives then just drive it. It might be nothing.

it means your indicator is messed up. you are one off on each gear.transmission is working fine the little neddle is just not pointing at the right letter

you need to have your tranny looked at, and your shifter may need to be re aligned.
