Break up of an old relationship is no easier than a new one, and youre not the first to be in this position. Break ups are a change and changes arent always easy, but in time the pain will subside and you will have moved on. There is no manual on how to survive life, love and its challenges and each person is different so what may work for one wont necessarily work for another, but one thing for sure, you need to preoccupy yourself with anything that will take your mind of the relationship. In other words, as hard as it will be, try not to think of this person and try to avoid places you two frequented. Just remember nothing in life is easy, but life goes on no matter what. Good luck

initially it may hurt a lot and its natural to feel vulnerable and weak, resentful etc. but all dat is part of the healing.

even if it seems like its difficlut to live life, it becomes a routine to live life in its monotony.

there will be many instance and memories that may surafce and resurface in ur mind and al that is natural.

give it time - thats the only way it heals, introspect and learn what went wrong and what cud have been better.

dont force urself to forget, let tye memories fade gardually. dont force urself to get into any relationship . tahe ur time.. a relationship that has lasted very long takes longer to heal!!

hold on. keep faith. all the best!!

You should really check out Michael Fiore's video on how to get your ex back in a matter of days through text messages. It's crazy but it works, I never believed I could get back with my ex wife in this life time but it did happened. I cheated on her a lot of times and still we are back together (won't do it again), unbelievable what some psychology can do.

Anyway, watch the video here: http://www.textyourexback.link - it will blow your mind. Good luck!

When you know, let me know. I split from my son's dad last year, and it still haunts me now :( All depends the situation, on how long it takes to get over, if you don't think you're getting over it on your own, try relationship counselling maybe.

Get yourself some new interests so that you don't think of the past so much. New people, new places, new outlook.
