the only thing i heard was he may have a herniated disk, and needs surgery on his back? could be the problem?

I am hoping that he does play! They need his stroke to open up the lanes for Grant Hill and Dwight Howard, but he missed almost all of training camp and i think that his stamina and speed at the NBA level is still suspect. I think that Brian Hill wants to bring up J.J. Redick slowly IMO.

JJ is hurt thats why he's notting playing. He's been injury since they drafted him, that's why so many teams pass on him in the draft plus he can't play no defense. JJ will be the next Bobby Hurley

duke great school, crap nba ballers, too good a coach and system, players flourish as they're better prepared and in a better system to others, but they're found out on the big stage when they're all on an even field, so it's kinda hard, i mean jj can shoot, but what else can he do???????

i think he's injured, he can shoot, but he might not be athletic enough to be an all-around scorer.
